Richard A. Renehan
Chief Executive Officer; Board Director
Rich has served as Renco Corporation’s CEO for over 30 years, assuming full ownership of the company from its founder, William J. Renehan, in 2002. Since 2018, Rich has also served as CEO for American Performance Polymers, producing products to support sterile compounding, electronics and research labs around the globe. Rich is a graduate of Merrimack College and a former board member of the Society for the Encouragement of the Arts.
Larry Mihalchik
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Renco in 2020, Larry served as CFO for Automation Engineering Incorporated, CFO for Advanced Electronic Beams, and the Sr. VP and CFO of Envox Worldwide. Larry has also served as CEO for Clare and ICOMS, Inc. and has served on a number of public and private company boards. Larry has taken two companies public including Timberland where he was a Sr. VP and CFO. He is a Finance and Accounting graduate of Westminster College in Pennsylvania.
Ronald C. Pruett, Jr.
President; Board Director
Ron has served in global leadership roles as the CEO, CMO, advisor and board member to numerous companies and global, iconic brands including As Seen on TV, Liberty Medical, DollarDays, Al Roker Entertainment, Acquia and Insurance.com. Ron earned a BA in International Business (Honors) from Trinity College in Connecticut and his MBA (Valedictorian) from ESCP Business School, a French grande école, in Paris, France.
Howard Genser
Vice President/Chief Operations Officer
Howard brings more than 30 years of operations experience to Renco, joining the company in 2012. Earlier in his career Howard was EVP of Operations for Vanguard Safety Company and was also a sought-after industry consultant. Howard is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
Pierre C. Rumpf
General Counsel
After working for the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office as an Assistant Attorney General, Pierre started his general practice law office. With decades of experience in real estate sales and development, corporate law, and the glove industry, Pierre is the General Counsel of Renco and numerous business development activities. He received a BS in Criminal Science from Salem State University and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Massachusetts School of Law.
Chelsea Francek
Chief Compliance Officer
After earning her law degree from George Washington University, Chelsea worked for the U.S. Government, supporting international development and security in Southeast Asia. The experience inspired her passion for non-profit leadership and she served as an Executive Director for multiple organizations abroad for several years before returning to the U.S. where she launched her own law practice focused on immigration and citizenship. She has overseen compliance requirements at Renco since 2020.
Chrystal Chase
Quality Director
Chrystal joined American Performance Polymers to lead Quality Management Systems and Processes. She has almost two decades of experience working in FDA-regulated environments including OTC drugs, foods, dietary supplements, and cosmetics. Chrystal earned undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Human Services from Lyndon State University in Vermont and a Master’s in Quality Assurance from California State University.
Nathan Heimeyer
General Manager, RencoMed Houston
Nathan brings nearly three decades of experience in operation management, capital project management, and process engineering to Renco. Prior to joining Renco, Nathan served as a Senior Staff Project Manager for TPC Group, Plant Manager for TopSail Energy, Plant Manager for Ingenia Polymers, and 15+ years with 3M and Dow Chemical. Nathan earned a BS in Chemical Engineering with a Certificate in Process System Safety from Texas A&M University.
Jeffrey Wolf
General Manager, American Performance Polymers
Jeff’s aptitude for problem solving has driven his rapid professional ascension from Operations Manager to Interim Plant Manager to Distribution Center Manager at Lifoam Industries within three years. Jeff also served as Smiths Medical Manufacturing Operations Manager before joining American Performance Polymers in 2021. Jeff earned a BS in Global Supply Chain Management at Clarkson University.
